ROBERT MORRA

Eastern Connecticut State University Master of Earth Sciences Degree and Bachelor of Arts, Education (Mathematics and Science).

Bob has over 24 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential appraisal services. Bob's Master of Earth Sciences Degree allows him to fully understand what lies beneath a property and how it can affect value. This understanding is critical in cases involving wetlands, precious metal deposits, farmland, and other special use properties.

Prior to starting Morra Associates as an appraisal service, Bob spent 16 years in sales and brokerage of commercial and industrial real estate. He has also been licensed as a Mortgage Producer in Connecticut. Because of his vast experience, Bob is recognized as an expert witness in real estate matters by all Connecticut courts as well as federal bankruptcy courts.

MICHAEL ALETTA

University Of Connecticut Master of Business Administration Candidate and Bachelor of Science - Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies.

Michael has over 20 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential valuation services. Michael is also an Instructor at the University Of Connecticut for commercial and residential appraisal courses. He too is recognized as an expert witness for all Superior Courts in the State of Connecticut.

SCOTT DOLPHIN

Norwich University Bachelor of Science - Business Administration.

Scott is an ex-Army Officer who also has 15 years of business experience which includes previous licensing in real estate sales, as well as managing over $500 million in class " A" commercial office space in Houston, Texas. Scott is a guest speaker for college real estate programs.
